Weddings
1. Initial Consultation
If you have viewed my Wedding photographs and like the presentation and style of my work, contact me to see if I am available on your wedding date, and if so, we can arrange a convenient time to meet at my studio. You can then view more of my work, albums, slideshows, etc, we can discuss your special day and I can answer any questions.
I offer a natural, relaxed, 'freestyle' and traditional approach to photography which is suitable for all.
Coverage starts with the bride's preparation, if required, to the church or ceremony venue and onto the reception. At some point during the day I like to take the bride and groom away from the party, (after the meal normally), for a walk along a beach or a play in the park, a chance to capture those special photographs as you relax and reflect about your day.
I only cover one Wedding a day so am yours for the day, which allows flexibility for you.
2.Pre-Wedding shoot
It is your special day and I feel that you should be at ease and relaxed with me, as you are inviting me to be a part of one of the most important days of your life. About 6 months before your day we will meet at my studio to have a chat about how your plans are going and I would like to take the opportunity to take some photographs of you in an informal portrait sitting. This is so you can see how I work and I can see how you react in front of the camera. It is a good chance to practice that perfect smile and allow us to build a rapport, so that you will feel relaxed and enjoy having your photos taken on your Wedding day.
I will give you a complimentary 9x6 photograph of your choice from this sitting.
3.Pre-Wedding consultation
About 4-6 weeks prior to your Wedding we will meet again either at my studio or your Wedding venue to go through the finer details of the day, any special photos you would like taken of particular groups or individuals, perhaps you and your best friend, or that special uncle and auntie? This is also the time to make the final payment for your Wedding photography.
4. Wedding Day
Normally I'll be at the brides parents home or wherever the bride will be leaving from approx 2 1/2 hours before the ceremony, to photograph the dress, shoes, jewellery, etc - this can be arranged for the evening before, if I am not required to be there on the day. I like to capture the mood of the day as the bridal party prepare for the day. I then disappear off to the church/venue to photograph the groom and guests as they arrive,
If permitted I capture moments of the service, and then the traditional group shots outside afterwards. After your meal and when the speeches are out of the way and you can relax, I then like to take the opportunity to take some quiet photographs of the Bride and Groom during a walk through the hotel grounds or off to a beach or park, or anything else that would be appropriate to you and your venue.
5.Viewing
Approximately 2 weeks later a copyrighted CD with your Wedding photographs on will be ready for you to take home and view on your computer, from which you choose the images for your album.
In addition to this you have the opportunity to purchase a DVD with your Wedding photographs on, presented as a digital slideshow accompanied by your choice of music.
An alternative to the traditional album is the multi image album, which I can also create for you.
Once the bride and groom have viewed the photographs they will be put onto my website and can then be viewed and purchased by family and friends from far and near. This service will be password protected and a code will be given out on photo cards at your wedding.
Albums are ready to collect 3-5 weeks after you have made your selection.
The cost is £745 for 40 prints in a handmade album of your choice (33 different designs), including guest card inlays. Also available 50 and 60 print albums.
Also available is the MULTI IMAGE album option, containing 55images, costing £945.
A DIGITAL SLIDE SHOW presentation of your photographs on DVD is available costing £155 in addition to either album option.
Additional coverage for the evening can be arranged, at an extra cost.
Your date will be reserved for 7 days, within which time you need to confirm your booking and pay a £100 deposit, cash, cheque or Paypal, (non-refundable) to secure your date.
